An intimate symposium designed for surgeons and clinicians seeking a better understanding of what’s current in the field of abdominal wall reconstruction while gaining a more nuanced appreciation involving the techniques and materials available for use.
This 1 1/2 day educational program is designed to be an intimate learning experience offering a comprehensive exchange of scientific advancements. Discussions will include a synposis of what the McGowan Institute is doing to help confront some of the unique challenges facing surgeons in the world of complex hernia repair. Each of the individual faculty members will also review the variety of materials available for use in hernia repair.
